We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end luxury homes in West Palm Beach, FL. Description

• Oversee all phases of luxury home construction, from pre-construction planning to final delivery.
• Act as both Project Manager and Superintendent, balancing office-based coordination with on-site supervision.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Ensure all work aligns with architectural designs, high-end finishes, and the client's expectations.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards on-site, conducting regular inspections and problem-solving construction challenges.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients to provide seamless communication and project execution.
• Proactively manage and mitigate risks, ensuring projects run smoothly without delays.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects as both a Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, custom builds, and South Florida construction regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management software and scheduling tools.
• A detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and flawless execution.
