An established luxury residential builder in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom home projects valued at $10M and above. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious firm known for delivering iconic, high-end homes throughout South Florida.

Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of high-end custom home projects from pre-construction through final delivery.

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and consultants, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project.

  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, permitting, inspections, and punch lists.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

  • Maintain rigorous attention to detail, quality control, and high-level finishes expected in luxury construction.

Profile

  • Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in high-end custom home construction, specifically with projects valued at $10M+.

  • Proven track record of delivering ultra-luxury residential projects on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.

  • Deep knowledge of South Florida construction regulations, permitting processes, and coastal/waterfront building requirements.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven with an exceptional eye for detail.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
