Luxury Home Superintendent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end custom home projects in West Palm Beach. Description

• Manage daily on-site operations of custom residential projects from groundbreaking to final punch list

• Coordinate all trades and subcontractors to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to schedule

• Conduct daily site walkthroughs and maintain safety and cleanliness standards

• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners

• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and materials to ensure efficiency and cost control

• Maintain accurate documentation, including logs, reports, and inspection records

• Proactively resolve issues and provide clear communication to all stakeholders

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in high-end or custom residential construction

• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and luxury home finishes

• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills on complex residential projects

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications

• OSHA certification and valid driver's license preferred
