Luxury Home Superintendent
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end custom home projects in West Palm Beach. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established general contractor known for delivering luxury residences with precision, craftsmanship, and superior client service.

Description
Manage daily on-site operations of custom residential projects from groundbreaking to final punch list
Coordinate all trades and subcontractors to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to schedule
Conduct daily site walkthroughs and maintain safety and cleanliness standards
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and materials to ensure efficiency and cost control
Maintain accurate documentation, including logs, reports, and inspection records
Proactively resolve issues and provide clear communication to all stakeholders
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in high-end or custom residential construction
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and luxury home finishes
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills on complex residential projects
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications
OSHA certification and valid driver's license preferred
