Luxury Home Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes in the West Palm Beach area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established luxury residential builder known for delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations on high-end residential construction sites

• Manage all field activities including subcontractor scheduling, quality control, and site safety

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the company's exacting standards

• Communicate regularly with the project manager, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination

• Monitor budgets, track progress, and proactively address potential issues

• Conduct site walkthroughs, inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury residential construction

• Strong knowledge of high-end custom homebuilding, including materials, finishes, and construction techniques

• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multiple trades on-site

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• A hands-on problem solver with a strong eye for detail and quality

• Local market experience in South Florida is strongly preferred

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 depending on experience
