Junior Electrical Estimator - Fast Growth Path!
This position is ideal for an early‑career estimator or journeyman electrician looking to transition into office‑based estimating. You'll support the estimating team in preparing bids, analyzing drawings, and managing vendor pricing for a wide variety of electrical construction projects.

Description
- Assist in preparing electrical estimates and bid proposals for commercial and industrial projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to help develop takeoffs and accurate pricing
- Solicit vendor and subcontractor quotes and assist in evaluating pricing
- Support senior estimators in developing bid packages and project hand off materials
- Participate in scope review meetings and team discussions
- Help with revisions, change order pricing, and cost updates throughout project cycles
Profile
A successful Junior Electrical Estimator should have:
- 1-3 years of estimating experience or a journeyman electrician background
- Strong interest in developing longtime estimating skills
- Ability to read basic construction drawings and electrical schematics
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
