Assistant Project Manager - Education and Municipal Projects

- Assist with subcontracts, change orders, and buyout
- Track project costs and schedules
- Coordinate RFIs and submittals
- Attend owner and design meetings
- Support project documentation and closeout
Profile
- 2-5 years of construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with public bidding processes a plus
