Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
 - Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
 - Oversee project teams and ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
 - Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive project success.
 - Collaborate with internal departments and field teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
 
Profile
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
 - Proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects (retail, office, healthcare, institutional, etc.).
 - Strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
 - Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
 - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
