Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Oversee project teams and ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive project success.
• Collaborate with internal departments and field teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects (retail, office, healthcare, institutional, etc.).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
