Process Engineer - Plastics - Moultonborough, NH
My client is seeking a Process Engineer to drive production efficiency and optimization in a manufacturing environment, utilizing a strong knowledge of engineering and manufacturing principles. This person must have strong Injection Molding experience in order to be successful in this role.

Description
The Process Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Leading process optimization initiatives to improve production efficiency.
- Developing, configure and optimize industrial processes.
- Performing process simulations and troubleshooting.
- Managing cost and time constraints.
- Assessing processes for efficiency and make necessary improvements.
- Overseeing implementation of new processes and machinery.
- Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensuring all work adheres to industry standards and safety regulations.
Profile
A successful Process Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in process simulation software.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 5+ years of experience in an Injection Molding capacity
Job Offer
