Description

• As the Director of Strategy and Corporate development you will create modes to develop and execute corporate strategies to support business growth and expansion.
• Lead modeling around acquisitions, including evaluation, and integration.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with business objectives.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee financial modeling and valuation activities for current operations and potential new business ventures.
• Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including investors and partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in corporate development activities.
• This role is on-site and based in Beverly Hills, CA.
• Will relocate someone from within the United States.

Profile

A successful Director of Strategy and Corporate Development should have:

• A strong educational background in finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Previous experience from Investment banking or Private Equity.
• Experience in an operational entity.
• Proven expertise in corporate strategy, development, and FP&A.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to interact with senior leadership.
• A track record of successfully managing high-impact projects in consumer, or industrial good is preferred, but industry agnostic.
• Must have advanced financial modeling.
• This role is on-site and based in Beverly Hills, CA.
• Will relocate someone from within the United States.
