Project Manager - Residential Construction
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the luxury new construction projects, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage teams, coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.

Our client is a leading general contractor specializing in luxury new construction projects (mid-rise) across New York City. Their projects are characterized by their attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and the highest standards of luxury.
Description
- Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to project close-out
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Lead project meetings with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure all construction activities comply with NYC building codes and regulations
- Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor progress, quality control, and site safety
- Identify and resolve any project risks, issues, or delays
- Manage communication between all stakeholders, keeping clients informed of project status
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction
- Proven track record of managing luxury residential new construction projects in NYC
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, permits, and inspection processes
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
