Description

• Lead on-site construction operations for ground-up and interior commercial projects.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site logistics.

• Maintain strict safety and compliance protocols across all phases of construction.

• Work closely with Project Managers and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial ground-up and interiors.
• Strong background in NYC commercial construction, with office, retail, and mixed-use experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
