Interiors Superintendent - high-end commercial

An experienced Interior Superintendent is needed to lead fast-paced commercial interior projects across South Florida. The role blends site leadership with light project management responsibilities.

A privately held commercial general contractor delivering complex interior build-outs for hospitality, gaming, and entertainment clients. Known for lean teams, hands-on leadership, and repeat business with major regional operators.

Description

• Lead on-site delivery of interior commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and schedules
• Maintain quality, safety, and client standards
• Produce daily reports and progress updates
• Support PM duties including RFIs and closeout

Profile

• 5+ years on-site commercial construction experience
* Strong interiors background in hospitality or gaming
* Ground-up experience preferred but not required
* Some PM exposure or hybrid Superintendent/PM history
* Local to Broward with regional commute flexibility

Job Offer

• Salary range: $95,000-$105,000
* Performance-based bonus structure
