Description

This Engineering Manager will:

• Lead and mentor Project Managers/Project Engineers to ensure timely, accurate project execution.
• Collaborate with Quality, Molding, Pad Printing, and Assembly teams to implement best manufacturing practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal functional groups.
• Recommend staffing, vendors, equipment, and facility improvements to support growth.
• Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 13485:2016).
• Lead projects, solve operational issues, and enforce documentation control throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

A successful Engineering Manager will have:

• Proven experience leading manufacturing and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management, Lean, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
