HRIS Associate

The HRIS Associate will efficiently and accurately handling employment-related data in Workday, including processing new hires, status updates, compensation changes, transfers, promotions, leaves, terminations, and data corrections.

Description

  • Efficiently and accurately handling employment-related data in Workday, including processing new hires, status updates, compensation changes, transfers, promotions, leaves, terminations, and data corrections.
  • Collaborating with Payroll and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure smooth and precise management of employee information.
  • Extracting, formatting, and manipulating data in Excel to create both ad-hoc and regular reports, which are then shared with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Managing employee records and documents using tools such as DocuSign, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and uploading/storing files in the Workday system.
  • Overseeing and auditing legal data, such as I-9 forms and legal name information, to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conducting data audits in HR systems and implementing required updates.
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining training materials for global employee education.
  • Utilizing various software and technologies, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, to assist with HR operations.
  • Learning, interpreting, and communicating HR processes and policies to a global workforce.
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees.
  • Working autonomously and proactively identifying opportunities for team support and improvements in processes.

Profile

  • Experience accurately entering data and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy are required
  • Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency required
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain objectivity and discretion with confidential information required
  • Workday experience
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese is preferred but not required!
