Superintendent - Commercial Projects - Southeast Travel
We're seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground‑up and renovation commercial construction projects across various U.S. locations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in the field, excels at coordinating subcontractors, and can deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
The Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Projects - Southeast Travel will be responsible for:
- Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects across multiple states.
- Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, inspections, and site logistics.
- Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively.
- Conduct daily/weekly reporting, documentation, and communication with project teams.
- Assist with planning, sequencing, and schedule development before and during the project.
- Serve as the on-site representative with owners, architects, and trade partners.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Profile
The successful Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Projects - Southeast Travel will have the following experience:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience within commercial construction.
- Proven ability to manage field operations for ground‑up and renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.
- Experience traveling for extended project durations (multi‑week or multi‑month assignments).
- Proficiency with field technology platforms (Procore or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
