Description

The Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Projects - Southeast Travel will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects across multiple states.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, inspections, and site logistics.
• Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct daily/weekly reporting, documentation, and communication with project teams.
• Assist with planning, sequencing, and schedule development before and during the project.
• Serve as the on-site representative with owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

The successful Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Projects - Southeast Travel will have the following experience:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience within commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage field operations for ground‑up and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.
• Experience traveling for extended project durations (multi‑week or multi‑month assignments).
• Proficiency with field technology platforms (Procore or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
