Description
The Working Superintendent is responsible for:
- On site daily in CT - (primarily) Hartford County
- Learning the Vessel way - prefabricated apartment buildings, not your typical construction process
- Willing to roll up their sleeves & be on their feet
- Ocasional nights & weekends (as/if needed)
- Leading subs
NOT responsible for:
- Buying out jobs
- Hiring subs
- Scheduling
Profile
The right Working Superintendent will have:
- 2+ years of Experience working on ground up construction projects
- Local to the Hartford CT area
- Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of building construction means and methods
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- MUST have own vehicle & ability to drive to job sites
