Supply Chain Manager
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire flow of materials, components, and products from suppliers to the final manufacturing process and delivery.

Description
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for:
Procurement Management: Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to obtain raw materials, parts, and components needed for aircraft or aerospace equipment production.
Inventory Control: Ensuring the company maintains optimal stock levels of raw materials, parts, and finished products while minimizing costs and preventing shortages.
Logistics Coordination: Managing the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials and products to ensure timely deliveries.
Production Planning: Working closely with production teams to forecast material needs, plan production schedules, and ensure the timely availability of materials for manufacturing.
Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks such as delays, shortages, and geopolitical issues, particularly in a highly regulated industry like aerospace.
Profile
The successful candidate will have strong skills in project management, negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the aerospace manufacturing process. Additionally, they will have strong leadership and communication skills to oversee multiple departments.
