Description

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations, maintaining safety, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Lead weekly jobsite and safety meetings.
• Update the project schedule and collaborate with ownership and design teams.
• Attend owner meetings and help drive closeout efforts.

Profile

The right Superintnedent has the following qualifications:

• 7-10 of Superintendent experience
• Good tenure with mulitple firms
• Local or commutable to the Portland, ME area
• Has a background in commerical or affordable housing
