• Manage multiple multifamily renovation projects, including siding and roofing replacements
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally
• Utilize JobTread software for project management and reporting
• Collaborate with leadership to drive growth in the Raleigh market

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily renovations and CapEx work
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude with client-facing experience
• Goal-oriented and ready to grow into a Production Manager role
