Collections Specialist
Our client, a leading industry technology company based in Mount Prospect, IL, is looking for a Collections specialist. This is a temp role, and the successful candidate will be immediately available to start a new role.
Client Details
Leading industrial tech company based in Mount Prospect, IL. This role is 5 days per week in office, and offers a chance for someone with prior collections/AR experience to assist the department of a stable company in the area.
Description
This role will involve:
Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure account issues are resolved promptly.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior collections or Accounts Receivable experience
- Ability to commute 5 days on-site to Mount Prospect, IL
