Client Details
Our client is a well‑respected commercial interiors general contractor known for high‑quality office, workplace, and retail interiors throughout NYC. They offer a supportive, team‑oriented environment where PMs are trusted, valued, and given the tools to succeed.Description
- Manage commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Lead project meetings and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Partner with Superintendents to ensure top-quality finishes, safety, and sequencing.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing commercial interior or office fit-out projects (NYC experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of interior construction sequencing, finishes, millwork, and MEP coordination.
- Highly organized, communicative, and confident working with clients and design teams.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
