Construction - Project Manager - Brooklyn, NY

We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior buildouts across NYC, delivering polished, fast‑paced projects from start to finish. If you enjoy collaborating with clients, managing details, and bringing modern interior spaces to life, this role offers impact, growth, and a steady pipeline of exciting work.

Client Details

Our client is a well‑respected commercial interiors general contractor known for high‑quality office, workplace, and retail interiors throughout NYC. They offer a supportive, team‑oriented environment where PMs are trusted, valued, and given the tools to succeed.

Description

    • Manage commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
    • Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
    • Lead project meetings and proactively address issues as they arise.
    • Partner with Superintendents to ensure top-quality finishes, safety, and sequencing.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience managing commercial interior or office fit-out projects (NYC experience preferred).
    • Strong understanding of interior construction sequencing, finishes, millwork, and MEP coordination.
    • Highly organized, communicative, and confident working with clients and design teams.
    • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
