Superintendent- Commercial Construction

An established General Contractor in Miami is seeking a driven Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects from start to finish. Description

• Manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain schedules and quality standards.

• Lead on-site safety meetings and enforce company and OSHA safety policies.

• Review drawings and specifications, identifying potential issues before they impact progress.

• Communicate regularly with ownership and clients, providing updates on progress, schedules, and any field challenges.

• Oversee quality control, site logistics, and ensure timely material and equipment delivery.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent within the commercial construction sector.

• Proven background managing projects from ground-up through closeout, ideally in the $5M-$30M range.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple trades effectively.

• Deep understanding of construction documents, sequencing, and scheduling (Procore or similar software experience preferred).

• A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration.
