Description
The Project Manager - Family-Like Culture - Charlotte will be responsible for:
Lead commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through final closeout, ensuring quality and success at every phase
Drive project schedules and ensure key milestones and deadlines are consistently met
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants to keep projects running smoothly
Deliver exceptional client service, earning trust and positive feedback through strong communication and results
Foster and maintain lasting relationships with both internal team members and external partners
Profile
The Project Manager - Family-Like Culture - Charlotte should have:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
Proven track record managing ground-up healthcare construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Proficient with project management software (experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of industry practices, processes, and standards and how they influence project success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interface effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Business-minded with a professional demeanor; represents the company with integrity at all levels
Charlotte-area candidates preferred, but open to relocation for the right individual
