Description

The Superintendent - Southeast GC with Cutting-Edge Projects - Greenville will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow
• Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with project stakeholders
• Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports and inspections
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet project goals
• Foster a positive and productive jobsite culture

Profile

The Superintendent - Southeast GC with Cutting-Edge Projects - Greenville will have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven ability to manage large-scale or technically complex projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of safety protocols and construction best practices
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
