Project Executive - Charlotte, NC (No Travel)
TOP ENR 150 GC is looking for a Project Executive to lead large-scale light industrial projects out of Charlotte, NC. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing major builds while driving business growth within a rapidly expanding division.
Client Details
A Top 150 ENR General Contractor with over 100 years in business and $1B+ in annual revenue. The company specializes in manufacturing, distribution, cold storage, and data center projects, and is one of the fastest-growing GCs in the Southeast. Known for complex builds, strong culture, and award-winning safety standards.
Description
- Oversee large-scale industrial projects (up to $100M)
- Lead project teams and ensure successful delivery
- Drive business development and client relationships
- Provide strategic leadership across multiple projects
Profile
A successful Project Executive should have:
- 10+ years' experience (PX level or Senior PM ready to step up)
- Light industrial background preferred (manufacturing, cold storage, distribution)
- Strong leadership and business development skills
- Proven track record managing large, complex projects.
Job Offer
Up to $220,000 base salary + 25% bonus
- $1,000 vehicle allowance
- 4 weeks PTO + full benefits (healthcare, 401k match)
- Potential sign-on bonus
- No travel requirement
