Senior FP&A Analyst - Distribution
My client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Logistics and Distribution financial planning and analysis team. This position plays a critical role in driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning within a dynamic and fast-paced distribution environment.

They are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to help support their financial planning efforts and contribute to long-term strategic goals, ensuring robust financial health and continued success across all operations.
Description
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with manufacturing goals and profitability targets.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in manufacturing performance, providing actionable recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with leadership and merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to align financial plans with the company's strategic retail objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key drivers and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess retail business valuation, store performance, and inventory management.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced coursework or experience in financial modeling is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within the distribution/manufacturing industry.
