Salesforce Business Analyst
This person will act as a Business Analyst who has a strong background in Salesforce and is able to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as well as C-level Executives within the Asset Management Firm.
Client Details
A leading Financial Service company located in Manhattan but will work on a global scale with other offices throughout the world.
Description
* Maintain an ongoing list of identified gaps between business needs and our Salesforce application
* Create, maintain and enhance documentation to reflect processes and procedures for both end users and technical counterparts
* Pull ad hoc data points and queries, and be able to articulate what they represent
* Research and select third-party software vendors, as needed
Profile
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role owning Salesforce and acting as a Business Analyst within Financial Services
* Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
* Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
