Description
- Design & Development: Develop and optimize electrical systems for electric actuators, ensuring superior performance and efficiency.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, and analysis to enhance product reliability.
- Manufacturing Support: Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve technical challenges.
- Circuit & PCB Design: Create schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams for actuator control systems.
- Firmware & Controls: Work closely with software engineers to integrate embedded control systems into actuator products.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs meet industry regulations and safety standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive R&D initiatives to enhance actuator performance, energy efficiency, and durability.
Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in actuator design or industrial automation is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems.
- Strong understanding of motor control, power electronics, and signal processing.
- Hands-on experience with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC, NEMA, or UL.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines, from mechanical to software engineering.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
