Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations on construction sites, focusing on healthcare projects such as MRI rooms, exam rooms, and similar environments.
• Oversee projects valued between $1M and $20M, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain a cohesive workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in a General Contracting environment, with at least 2-3 years as a Superintendent.
• Extensive experience in healthcare construction, including hospital projects.
• Strong tenure with previous employers, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a single project at a time with efficiency and attention to detail.
