Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare and commercial construction projects in the DC metro area. This role offers the opportunity to oversee GMP and design-build projects, with full ownership of project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

With a 35-person team, including 13 Superintendents, Senior Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers, they are a nimble and collaborative company with a growing project portfolio.
Description
Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and expectations.
Lead weekly project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Utilize technology, including company-provided laptop, iPad, and cell phone, for efficient project management.
Collaborate with estimating teams on value engineering and permit processing.
Profile
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager in commercial or healthcare construction.
Technical Skills: Proven expertise in GMP and design-build projects, with experience managing project values between $1.5M - $5M.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead and coordinate project teams, including field staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Technology Proficiency: Familiar with project management software and tech-savvy enough to leverage company-provided devices for efficiency.
