The Assistant Superintendent will play a key role in the successful execution of projects for a reputable developer in Raleigh. This position involves direct collaboration with various teams to ensure that construction operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily - Raleigh will be responsible for:

• Reporting directly to the Lead Superintendent
• Effectively collaborating with the Project Management team
• Monitoring and tracking daily progress reports
• Coordinating activities with subcontractors
• Ensuring the project adheres to budgetary and scheduling constraints

My client is looking for a talented Assistant Superintendent with extensive experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong capability to assist in project execution, manage subcontractor coordination, and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. The Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily - Raleigh should have the following:

• A minimum of 3 years of field experience (Assistant Superintendent/Field Engineer/Project Engineer, etc.) with a General Contractor or Developer
• Required background in multifamily projects
• A degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred, but not essential
• Proficiency with relevant software tools
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
