Superintendent - Tilt Wall

$110,000 - $130,000/Year

Our client are seeking an experienced Tilt Wall Superintendent to oversee the construction and installation of tilt-up concrete structures, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Description

  • Oversee the construction and installation of tilt-up concrete panels.
  • Coordinate on-site activities and manage subcontractors to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders on project timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress, materials, and labor.
  • Train and mentor construction staff on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Monitor project schedules and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the field and office teams.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and use of equipment and tools on-site.

Profile

A successful candidate for the Tilt Wall Superintendent role will have extensive tilt-up construction experience and strong leadership skills. They should prioritize safety and quality, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and be detail-oriented. The ideal candidate can adapt to changing demands and has a proven track record of timely, on-budget project delivery. Familiarity with construction software and a commitment to teamwork are essential.
