This APM role supports all phases of commercial interior renovation projects, from preconstruction through closeout. You'll coordinate with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution on fast-paced, detail-oriented builds.

Description

  • Support PMs in creating and maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Handle RFI submissions, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor communication, and site readiness
  • Track job costs, manage closeout documentation, and assist with punch lists
  • Conduct walkthroughs and work closely with Supers to align field progress with client expectations
  • Help enforce safety and quality standards on active jobsites

Profile

Entry-Level or 1-4 years of experience supporting commercial interior construction projects in NYC. You're sharp, organized, and reliable under pressure, with an eye for detail and strong follow-through. You know how to communicate effectively with subs, vendors, and clients-and you're ready to grow into a PM role in the next couple of years.
