Superintendent - Chattanooga, TN

This firm is a general contractor that is looking to grow out their Chattanooga business, in this role you would be getting in on the ground floor of a top notch company.

This position would allow you to lead the ground up, multifamily, light industrial and hospitality, projects across the local area.

Description

• Run commercial and multifamily projects across the Chattanooga area.
• Communicate well with owners as well as subcontractors, be the face of the organization
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

• GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL SPACE
• Commercial project experience
• Be able to be a team player and train Assistant Superintendents
• 3-5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction superintendent
• Projects around $10-30M+ in value
