Description

• Manage all on-site activities for healthcare construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and owners' reps to maintain clear lines of communication

• Enforce health and safety protocols, particularly those aligned with active healthcare environments

• Conduct daily reports, manage inspections, and maintain construction schedules

• Act as the key representative on-site for all field-related matters

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare projects (active facilities, hospital environments, or medical interiors)

• Strong knowledge of DOH and infection control protocols (ICRA/ILSM)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple trades efficiently

• OSHA 30 required; CHC certification or healthcare-specific training is a plus
