Description

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the properties
• Develop and implement effective property management strategies
• Handle tenant inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are in excellent condition
• Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance tenant experience
• Manage financial aspects of the properties, including budgets, expenses, and rent collection
• Report on property performance and suggest strategies for improvement

Profile

A successful Property Manager should have:

• LIHTC Affordable Housing experience is ESSENTIAL
• Proven experience in property management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in property management software
• Solid understanding of property laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong financial and analytical skills

Job Offer
