Civil Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join a growing team in the construction department within the property industry. This role involves overseeing and managing civil engineering projects to ensure they are executed efficiently and meet all industry standards.

Description
- Plan, design, and oversee construction projects to meet project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather relevant data for project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Prepare and review technical designs, blueprints, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in construction work.
- Identify and address potential project risks or challenges proactively.
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Profile
A successful Civil Engineer should have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in construction design and project management.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
