The HRIS Analyst, Payroll and Benefits - Workday will deliver a comprehensive and professional global Workday/HR technical service to managers and employees in line with Service Level Agreements to ensure the smooth day to day operation but will also support on change and release management.

Description

Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst, Payroll and Benefits - Workday include:

  • Manage and configure Workday Payroll and Benefits modules, ensuring system functionality meets business needs and local compliance requirements.

  • Support the North America HRIS Lead on strategic projects and module implementations.

  • Collaborate with HR teams to analyze, develop, implement, and support HR projects and changes.

  • Work with the HR team to prioritize and execute Workday fixes.

  • Design, create, and maintain Workday Payroll and Benefits reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.

  • Support automation efforts and process improvements within Payroll and Benefits modules.

  • Assist with Workday system updates and upgrades, including bi-annual Workday releases.

  • Handle complex data manipulation using tools like spreadsheets and EIBs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee guidance content.

  • Support training and engagement to ensure stakeholders are fully utilizing Workday.

  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with Workday at all times.

  • Pursue continuous professional development by attending networking events, conferences, and relevant industry groups.

  • Maintain a positive, solution-focused approach, offering honest and constructive feedback.

  • Represent HR and the company professionally in all interactions, fostering positive and productive relationships.

Profile

Qualifications of the HRIS Analyst, Payroll and Benefits - Workday include:

  • Strong expertise in Workday, specifically in Payroll and Benefits.

  • Familiarity with other Workday modules like HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking is a plus.

  • Excellent technical skills across various technology platforms.

  • Financial Services industry experience desired but not required.
  • A curious and proactive mindset, with a focus on challenging and improving current processes.

  • Strong operational skills, including process management, procedure development, and data analysis.

  • Extensive experience and knowledge in HR functions.

  • Client-focused approach, always striving to meet the needs of internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborative and supportive team player.

  • Takes initiative and personal responsibility for delivering results.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage and uphold service standards.

Job Offer

  • Base salary $70,000 - $90,000
