Construction PM - Luxury Residential Projects in Maine!

Our client is seeking a Project Manager for high-end residential renovations and new builds, overseeing and transforming projects valued between $200,000 and $3 million. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, strong organizational skills, a background in interior renovations, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and willingness to learn!

Description

Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Oversee high-end residential renovations and new builds from start to finish.
  • Manage client communications, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits for quality control and to address any on-site challenges.
  • Handle estimating and product procurement to ensure budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with the design and architecture team for a seamless project experience.
  • Supervise multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring organization and efficiency.

  • 5+ years of experience building commercial projects
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Excellent communication & time-management skills
  • Familiarity with Procore and other softwares
  • software's ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently

Job Requirements:

roject Manager - Healthcare Projects up to $15M - Manchester, NH will be responsible for:

managing the day-to-day construction of complex projects
ensuring that the project is being completed according to budget and schedule
assisting with the pre-construction process including budget finalization, contracts/awards, material procurement & submittals
overseeing an Assistant Project Manager
coordinating and leading project, client, and architect meetings
acting as the main point of contact for the client
