Seeking a motivated Superintendent to join #1 Design-Build GC in the Nation. This individual will start on a unique $350M Lifescience project in the heart of Raleigh NC.

Description

• Monitoring progress to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Collaborating with the project manager to align timelines
• Monitoring milestones and ensuring progress aligns with the overall project timeline
• Conducting routine quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications

Profile

• Strong experience working on Lab/Lifescience, Manufacturing, or Healthcare projects, north of 100k SF
• Holds a Bachelors Degree in a Construction Related Field (preferred)
• Excellent Communication skills
• Holds an OSHA 30 Certification
