The Project Manager - Commercial & Academic Projects - Hartford CT will be responsible for:
Serve as the lead Project Manager on commercial construction projects valued at $8M-$25M
Oversee all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications
Coordinate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met
Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage documentation and reporting
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners to resolve project issues efficiently
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Support company growth by contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture
Profile
In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:
- 5+ years of experience building commercial projects
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication & time-management skills
- Familiarity with Procore and other softwares
- Ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
Job Offer
