The Project Manager - Commercial & Academic Projects - Hartford CT will be responsible for:

  • Serve as the lead Project Manager on commercial construction projects valued at $8M-$25M

  • Oversee all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications

  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met

  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage documentation and reporting

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners to resolve project issues efficiently

  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Support company growth by contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture

Profile

In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:

  • 5+ years of experience building commercial projects
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Excellent communication & time-management skills
  • Familiarity with Procore and other softwares
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently

Job Requirements:

roject Manager - Healthcare Projects up to $15M - Manchester, NH will be responsible for:

managing the day-to-day construction of complex projects
ensuring that the project is being completed according to budget and schedule
assisting with the pre-construction process including budget finalization, contracts/awards, material procurement & submittals
overseeing an Assistant Project Manager
coordinating and leading project, client, and architect meetings
acting as the main point of contact for the client
