Traveling Superintendent - Luxury Hotels
A national General Contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent with strong luxury hospitality experience to support a major ground‑up hotel project in Savannah, GA. This role requires exceptional leadership, structural concrete expertise, and the ability to manage ultra‑high‑end finishes from start to closeout.

The organization emphasizes accountability, communication, and strict adherence to SOPs, contributing to 40+ years of consistent growth and a high rate of repeat business.
Description
- Lead field operations on luxury hospitality projects, ensuring execution to world‑class finish standards
- Oversee structural concrete, from site work through full closeout
- Manage end‑phase activities including punch lists, turnover, and project closeout
- Act as lead Superintendent as needed when the primary Lead Superintendent is off‑site
- Represent the GC professionally with owners, executives, and subcontractors on a high‑visibility build
Profile
A successful Traveling Superintendent - Luxury Hotels should have:
- Luxury hotel experience required (Four Seasons, Ritz, Marriott, etc.)
- Strong structural concrete background and luxury‑finish execution capability
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels, including executive leadership
- Capable of stepping into lead responsibilities several days each month
Job Offer
Base salary: Up to $160K + merit‑based bonus potential
- Monthly per diem of $4K-$5K (housing, vehicle allowance, travel, etc.)
- Option for vehicle within per diem or company‑provided
- 12 days PTO to start + 8 paid holidays
- Travel home every other week for 3 days
