Description

The Production Manager will report into the Operations Manager and be responsible for:

• Manage day-to-day production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Plan and oversee production schedules, resource allocation, and staffing levels to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and efficiency projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of production or manufacturing leadership experience, ideally within aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing.
• Proven track record in managing teams and achieving operational goals.
• Strong understanding of lean principles, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
