Director FP&A
An established and growing consumer products business is looking to add a Director of FP&A to its finance team. This position serves as a critical partner to leadership, providing financial insights that support strategic decisions, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance overall business performance across a primarily e-commerce-driven model.

Description
- Own and manage a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
- Produce and present monthly financial reporting packages to senior leadership
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecast revisions
- Conduct customer and product-level profitability analysis, including Direct Contribution Margin (DCM)
- Oversee cost center tracking, reporting, and variance analysis
- Partner with operations on demand planning and purchasing decisions through financial insights
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting accuracy and data integrity
- Support lender reporting requirements, including covenant compliance
- Contribute to reporting and dashboard development using Power BI
- Handle special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
- Background in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce environments strongly preferred
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Familiarity with Direct Contribution Margin (DCM) analysis is a plus
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate across departments
- Effective communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
