Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a General Contractor based in Harrisburg, PA, responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.

Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts that may arise on site.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably with a General Contractor. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
