- Manage commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring work aligns with schedule, budget, and quality goals.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth communication and workflow.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and project documentation.
- Lead project meetings, track milestones, and proactively address challenges.
- Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure top-tier craftsmanship, safe operations, and on‑site alignment.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and represent the company with professionalism and confidence.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing commercial interior or office buildout projects (NYC experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of interior sequencing, finishes, millwork, MEP coordination, and fast‑paced construction environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑driven, with strong follow‑through.
- A collaborative professional who enjoys working with clients and design teams to deliver polished interior spaces.
