We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in commercial interior buildouts to lead exciting, design‑driven projects across Brooklyn. Description

    • Manage commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring work aligns with schedule, budget, and quality goals.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth communication and workflow.
    • Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and project documentation.
    • Lead project meetings, track milestones, and proactively address challenges.
    • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure top-tier craftsmanship, safe operations, and on‑site alignment.
    • Build lasting relationships with clients and represent the company with professionalism and confidence.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience managing commercial interior or office buildout projects (NYC experience strongly preferred).
    • Strong understanding of interior sequencing, finishes, millwork, MEP coordination, and fast‑paced construction environments.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑driven, with strong follow‑through.
    • A collaborative professional who enjoys working with clients and design teams to deliver polished interior spaces.
