Description

The Project Manager - Multifamily Construction will:

• Manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
